Thank you for all of the fine work over the past year. Karen and I are quite pleased with the work completed, and very happy that we selected you to oversee and orchestrate the entire process. Neville was very skilled and great to work with, and your recommendations regarding the architect, hardwood floor contractor, and painter proved very valuable.
We were especially happy with Ed Johnston, the architect. You and Ed had an enormous positive impact on the outcome of our $200,000+ renovation/repair project, identifying key areas to repair, coming up with creative and cost-effective solutions to a variety of structural and waterproofing problems, designing gorgeous new entrance steps, and helping us to select the right materials and colors throughout.
When we started, we had a house full of problems with a strange — and cold — color scheme. Now, however, as we look around our house at the maple floors, cedar trellis, limestone entrance, new fascia with distinctive bullnose, and new pain inside and out, we see Ed's and your pronounced influence and excellent sense of design and color, as well as excellent taste. Moreover, and perhaps more importantly, the house no longer leaks!
